Brewers welcome

We are a homebrewing club in Rochester, MN. The purpose of the club is to gather brewers, or those interested in getting into the hobby, to share the homebrewing experience, expand their brewing knowledge, and enjoy homemade craft beer.

Meetings
Check out our meeting calendar and come join us for a pint. Homebrew is welcome at our meeting locations if you want to bring some to share.

Club structure: We are an informal club with no officers. We have two guys that maintain the site and help facilitate club communications.

Dues: We currently have about a $5 a year due to pay for site hosting. Other costs are split as needed.

What is zymurgy?

Zymurgy or zymology is the study of fermentation. Zymurgy magazine is also the name of the AHA's magazine that has a wealth of good information. Get it by signing up to be an AHA member.
